Daddy often works at the computer with a book nearby. The other day Ethan grabbed his baby Elmo book and announced he had work to do. Later that day I got on the computer and found this typed out:

Also, today we made a Mickey Jack-o'-lantern in honor of our Disney trip

Disney World

With Eric on vacation we finally made it down to Orlando for the first time in 10 months. Eric’s mother watched the babies and we took Ethan to Disney World. The weather was beautiful (mid 70s) and we had a really fun time. Ethan probably liked the racing cars the most. He also liked Soarin at Epcot, but will not admit it.

He doesn't seem to mind

She was laying like this for a good 5 minutes so she could reach her toy. Zach never complained. Which is surprising, because she weighed in at a whopping 20 pounds at their six month appt.

There are some things money can't buy.

And no, I'm not talking about the sweet innocence of childhood.
I'm talking about a kid that falls asleep willingly. It's a beautiful thing.

25 Weeks

Baby Update...

Ava's made her first crawling motions today. She's practicing every chance she gets. Zach is getting up on his knees and forearms once in a while, but he's not as interested in moving as Ava is. And that's just fine with me. I think Zach is working on a tooth, but I have no evidence of it except that he is not sleeping like his usual self.Ava can't handle the flash, but Zach looks happy
