Ethan has not been napping well lately. He has figured out that if he's quiet, he can sneak out of his bed and play (get into trouble) until Mommy catches him. This one particular day, Eric walked in to check on him and he found this.

Yesterday, after lunch I went to the computer to check my email while Ethan played. I was only gone 5 minutes, but that was enough. I guess he was still hungry because he made himself another sandwich. The honey bear in the background can give you an idea of how much honey was on this bread. It was completely full that morning.

oh boy...what a funny little guy! (it's funny to me b/c christian hasn't done it yet :-).) keep being consistent with the naps though and he'll probably resume them again soon!
oh my gosh, he is so cute! Rexford is now sleeping in his big boy bed too but he never gets up and plays - thank goodness :) Love the honey story and I'm so glad Rexford hasn't tried that yet although today he figured out how to get into some of our cabinets... Looks like you can't take your eyes off him. At least if you do you get fun stories to post about :)
ok our kids are totally the same age, but Gavin would NEVER make his own sandwich. he doesn't even eat his own food on his own. I still have to shovel it in for him. I know. Pathetic. So I actually think it's pretty cool that he's so independent and adept. He sure is cute in his deviousness :-P
Oh my gosh. SO cute, and totally funny. Why do they always pick the hardest things to clean up?
