This morning we took a train to Agra. This is the city where the Taj Mahal is located. It is much better here. The people are very nice and the city is a little cleaner. We saw the Taj Mahal today. It was amazing. we sat on the grass outside and looked at it for probably 4-5 hours. (we were trying to get our moneys worth too... it was 20 dollars a piece to get in). It is all marble with inlays of different precious stones that makes it look like it is painted on. There are a lot of optical illusions built in to the structure. While we were there sitting on a ledge by the Taj, people walking by treated us like we were movie stars. This is a pilgrimage site for many people around the country and I don't think any of them have seen a white person before. We must have posed for 20+ pictures. Every person that came around the corner tried to talk to us and were giggling as if star struck. One girl even asked for our autograph. We also went to the Red Fort today. It was the biggest structure We've ever seen. It was massive. and ornate. built by the grandfather of the guy who built the Taj Mahal.Everything is really cheap here. Our hotel room here is 6 dollars a night and we got a guy to drive us around the city in his bicycle rickshaw all day for about a dollar. We are leaving tomorrow for Jaipur the pink city. Hope you all are well. Love you Audrey and Eric
